Refund & Cancellation Policy

⚠️ Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase on GetVedya.
1. Digital Products & Services
GetVedya provides digital services including AI-powered Kundli Matching reports, tarot readings, and astrology charts. Since these are digitally delivered products that are generated and consumed immediately upon purchase, they are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Technical failure: You were charged but the service/report was not delivered due to a technical error on our end.
- Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same service.
- Wrong amount charged: You were charged an amount different from what was displayed.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after the report/reading was delivered
- You were dissatisfied with the astrological predictions or interpretations
- Incorrect birth details were entered by you
- You did not read the policy before purchasing
4. Subscription Cancellation
If GetVedya offers subscription plans in the future:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused days in the current billing cycle.
- After cancellation, you retain access until the period ends.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (for eligible cases), please contact us within 7 days of the original transaction:

Include in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation)
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshot of the issue (if applicable)
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, card, UPI, etc.) used during the transaction. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
