GetVedya provides AI-powered astrology, tarot reading, kundli generation, and spiritual guidance services. These services are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Readings and predictions should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Astrology and tarot are belief-based systems. Results are generated by AI and do not constitute professional consultation.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our paid services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Premium features (e.g., Kundli Matching report) require a one-time payment.
• Subscription plans, if offered, will be billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any content from the platform
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetVedya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
